Inspiration Hostel is located in the pine forest, on the narrow sandbar between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno – in north-western Poland. It is a place of natural variety, where all different kinds of landscape meet together.
Form of the Hostel has been marged with the landscape. Transparent and low horizontal volume, covered with green roof stays in harmony with sourounding nature. In this part common and public functions are placed. Public passage connected with gallery is placed on the exsisting trail between lake and see. Private studios are elevated to the tree top level and connected with a wooden platforms. It allows users to experience the nature from new perspective. Each studio is oriented in a different direction to provide the most significant view. Structure of the studios reminds pine trunks and facade reminds texture of bark.
